How do I start my drafting/BIM project?
Once you approve our estimate, our client relations manager will guide you through the entire process. We ask for your project files, CAD and drawing standards, reference sets and all requirements needed to start the project. You will be assigned your project drafter at this stage.
How much supervision do your drafters need from us?
We can work with minimum supervision. Our team members are architecture and engineering graduates ranging from 3-18 years of worldwide experience. Our 14 years of business gives us a wide depth of knowledge.
What are your turn-around times for your CAD/BIM projects?
We work with your deadline and assign the number of drafters required to get the job done. Depending on the complexity and scope of work, we can turn around projects within 24 hours.
How do I start my rendering project?
We will need written instructions with supporting files such as floor plans, photos, elevations, mood boards, material and finishes from our clients. Specify day/night scene and we require camera angles.
What are your turn around times for your rendering project?
Our regular turn around times are 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. We can fulfill rush jobs for an added cost.
How many revisions do I get for a rendering project?
You can get as many revisions as you need to make sure you get your desired outcome.
How much time do you need if I wanted to get my own dedicated team member?
We need 2-4 weeks to train and get you started with your dedicated team member.
Can I request for a specific person in your team to do my work?
Yes, you can but if that individual is working on another project, you will be assigned a different project team member. This is where having a dedicated team member is beneficial for you so you can use the same drafter exclusively on your projects.
I use different software from the industry norm. Can you provide me with staffing for this?
Yes. We build teams for such needs although it can take from 4-8 weeks to get the proper training so that the new team member is up to speed with the software and standards.
