On May 10, 2023, our founder Aya Shlachter, CEO MGS Global Group attended the NAIOP Northern Ohio Annual Excellence Awards (Northern Ohio Chapter) event, which celebrated outstanding achievements in the commercial real estate industry. NAIOP is a US-based group that represents developers, owners, investors, and professionals in commercial real estate. They focus on the industrial, office, and mixed-use sectors.
It’s exciting to see how Cleveland’s commercial real estate market is thriving. Industrial space and multifamily units are in high demand, and retailers and healthcare providers are opening new locations throughout the Cleveland area.
