After we receive your files, we’ll prepare a quote containing project scope details, cost and turnaround time.
We’ll give you access and walk you through our client Portal, where you can send in project requests and view project status.
After we receive a signed quote, we’ll set up a kick off meeting. You’ll discuss details with the drafter, walk through the entire project to understand details and prevent misunderstandings.
Drafter will evaluate all project details and send out request for information (RFI) file
Initial submission (PDF) will be sent to you for review and verification of your standards. We’ll wait to get your redlines before proceeding with the rest of the project. For projects that last more than a week, we send out weekly progress submissions so you can redline as necessary.
We do our quality control and assurance checks before final delivery. Only after you confirm that your project needs are met, will we send the raw files (dwg, rvt, pln, etc). We’ll invoice you within 7 days of delivery.
You can review and mark up the final submission even after we’ve completed the project. We’ll update everything even after the invoice is paid and the project is completed with no additional charges.
