Aya Shlachter | CEO & Founder​

Aya is the CEO  and owner  of MGS Global Group, founded in 2008.  Aya earned a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Her interest in the hospitality industry led her to further her education through Harvard University’s Hospitality Design and Planning professional development program.

She is also the founder of Architect My Life Community where she helps consult with creative entrepreneurs like architects and designers to scale their businesses while enjoying more out of life along the way. Aya also  hosts the Architect My Life Podcast where she spotlights women business owners in the industry

Aya is a wife and mother of two, a world traveler, golfer  and a recreational triathlete who loves cooking and spending time outdoors.

Mike George | Managing Director

Mike has 20+ years of work history at Fortune 100 companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Sprint. His expertise includes Business growth, managing Sales and Marketing, Projects, Programs, Operations/Delivery and Process Re-Engineering.

As a core member of the management team – Mike brings his experience as a Business Growth Strategist  and his skills in Business Development to the MGS Global Group team. He’s been instrumental in helping MGS Global Group grow these past 5 years. In his spare time he’s an outdoor enthusiast, adventure traveler and a soccer aficionado.

Sheryl Payales | Operations Manager

Sheryl is a crucial component in sustaining an efficient and systematic flow of operations throughout Ambie. She is also responsible for overseeing the functions of accounting, personnel, and other administrative areas

Having prior experience as an Admin Manager before joining Ambie gave her enough knowledge in dealing with people, high work demands, and understanding of how to maintain a flexible working environment in Ambie.

Gail Sagun | Client Relations Manager

Gail is an integral part of the company. She is the main point person between clients and the team. Being a highly creative licensed and registered architect with a wide range experience in residential condominiums, hotels, commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. She oversees all the projects of the company, also plans and designates project resources. In her free time, she loves to do yoga, play games and spend time with her family.
