New clients email us or request a quote from the MGS website. We provide you with project quotes and estimates for your work within 24 hours or sooner.
- Drafting: Written instructions with supporting files such as; hand sketches, CAD files, PDF mark-ups, Revit models, SketchUp files, Mood Boards, Drawing lists, Reference sets etc.
- 3D Renderings: Written instructions with supporting files such as  floor plans, photos, elevations, mood boards, material and finishes from our clients. Specify day/night scene and we require camera angles.
MGS has a client portal (we’ll give you access) where you can upload your files and we’ll start handling it within 1 business day.
Communicate changes/feedback through the portal. We’ll get back to you in 1 business day.Â

We work from Mon-Fri 8am ET to 9pm ET except holidays from 2 time zones. You will be able to communicate with us and expect a team member to respond to you within 2-4 hours during the work week. We’ll respond within 8 business hours to anything outside those hours.
We have 2 pricing models – per Project and Contract Pricing (6 months & 12 months)
