Aya Shlachter | CEO & Founder

Aya Shlachter is the Founder and CEO of MGS Global Group, an architectural support services firm serving hundreds of architecture practices worldwide. With over 18 years of industry experience, she helps firm owners scale smarter, adopt emerging technologies, and build resilient, future-ready practices. Aya also hosts the AI for Architects and Architect My Business podcasts and is the co-founder of Archicon 2026, a global architecture business conference. She was named a 2025 Global FWN100™ Most Influential Filipina Woman in the World in the Founder and Pioneer category for her leadership in business and AI.

Mike George | Chief Operating Officer

Mike has 20+ years of work history at Fortune 100 companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Sprint. His expertise includes business growth, managing sales and marketing, projects, programs, operations/delivery and process re-engineering.

As a core member of the management team—Mike brings his experience as a Business Growth Strategist and his skills in Business Development to the MGS Global Group team. He’s been instrumental in helping MGS Global Group grow these past 5 years. In his spare time, he’s an outdoor enthusiast, adventure traveler and a soccer aficionado.

Gail Sagun | General Manager

Gail is an integral part of the company. She is the main point person between clients and the team. Being a highly creative licensed and registered architect with a wide range experience in residential condominiums, hotels, commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. She oversees all the projects of the company, also plans and designates project resources. In her free time, she loves to do yoga, play games and spend time with her family.
