Core Responsibilities
- Records and maintains day-to-day financial transactions.
- Verifies that transaction records appear in the correct books.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
- Perform and manage accounts receivable functions including creating and sending invoices and following up to get them paid.
- Perform and manage accounts payable functions including the processing of invoices due for payment.
- Work with external vendors/clients to resolve any invoice problems or inaccuracies.
- Maintaining confidentiality of financial information and protecting sensitive data.
- Reconcile and verify all company invoices and monthly statements.
