Can you believe the first quarter of 2025 just zoomed by? MGS Global Group has kicked off the year with connection, celebration, and community engagement — setting an exciting tone for the months ahead.
Allow us to share some highlights from our memorable start to the year!
Festive Beginnings
January brought our much-anticipated company Christmas Party. The energy was electric and the team performances showcased the authenticity and creativity that is embedded in the MGS spirit. COO Mike George and I also visited our Cebu headquarters, strengthening the bonds between leadership and the team.
Team Building Amidst Scenic Views
Our team also welcomed the new year with an overnight retreat in Cebu’s scenic mountains. The crown jewel of this experience? A refreshing, early morning hike to Osmeña Peak. At the top, our efforts were rewarded with a beautiful, panoramic view of the island. The experience was both humbling and invigorating.
Welcoming Prosperity with Tradition
February burst with color during our in-office Chinese New Year celebration. The vibrant Dragon Dance performance cheerfully wound its way through our workspace. It embodied our hopes for good fortune and success throughout the Year of the Wood Snake.
Giving Back to the Local Community
Our commitment to community engagement and well-being took center stage when MGS team members rolled up their sleeves for JEG Tower’s Blood Donation Drive. This simple act of giving reflects our dedication to making a positive impact wherever and however we can.
Celebrating Women in Our Industry
Then came March, which featured quite an important, global celebration: International Women’s Day! We’re passionate about empowering the women in the AEC industry – especially the fantastic women on our team. To shine a spotlight on their wonderful contributions, we organized a special photoshoot for them. Their expertise and leadership are absolutely key to our success.

We’ve also got some exciting news: after months of research and hard work, my team and I at MGS Global Group are finally happy to share the AI for Architects White Paper!
